This beautiful painting of sunflowers in a large mason jar will fill your home with warmth. Inspired by the afternoon sunlight that pours into my kitchen in the winter here in California. I placed the sunflowers in the sunlight and had to paint them. I painted this from life, a still life, over the course of a few days. I had to catch the light at the same time each day and complete it before the flowers died. It truely is a moment in time painting. 
 
The paintings is on gallery wrapped canvas so it stands about 1.75" from the wall.
